Paying an invoice with Stripe

Card payments through Stripe on an unpaid invoice, including saved cards and return messages.

When an invoice is Unpaid and the invoice payment method is Stripe, the invoice page loads Stripe’s checkout flow. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s secure form; Syndaq stores only a reference for saved cards (brand and last four digits), not the full number.

  • Complete any bank or card verification (for example 3D Secure) in the popup or redirect Stripe shows.
  • After a successful payment you should see a confirmation on the invoice page and the status will move to Paid when the capture finalizes.
  • If you see a message that the payment is incomplete, try again or use another card; the charge is not completed until Stripe confirms success.

For some design or custom orders, your card may be authorized first and captured when work is ready to deliver—the invoice page explains when that applies.
