If a payment fails or your invoice still shows Unpaid

Common causes and what to try before contacting support.

If a card or PayPal payment fails, the invoice usually remains Unpaid until a successful payment posts.

  • Read the error shown on the invoice page—it often indicates issuer decline, authentication required, or a temporary gateway issue.
  • Try another card or PayPal funding source, or complete any extra authentication your bank requests.
  • Confirm the invoice number and account you are paying under match the email on the invoice.

If the gateway reports success but the invoice still shows unpaid after a few minutes, open a support ticket with the invoice number and approximate time of payment so we can trace it in our billing logs.
