Found something wrong in Syndaq software? Share steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what happened instead. We use these reports to prioritize fixes and follow up by email when we need more detail.

What to include
The product name and version help us narrow the codebase. A short title plus clear reproduction steps make fixes much faster than vague “it broke” reports.
- Where you saw the issue (app screen, module, or URL path).
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
- Screenshots or export snippets if they help—never send passwords or secrets.
