Downloading a PDF copy of an invoice

When PDF invoices are enabled, generate a PDF from the client area.

If PDF invoices are enabled for your installation, open the invoice in the client area and use the Download PDF link on the invoice toolbar (same access rules as the HTML view: the invoice must belong to your account and not be draft or cancelled).

If PDFs are disabled, that link will not appearâ€”use the HTML invoice or ask support for a copy.
