Manual payment and bank-style arrangements

When an invoice is set to manual payment, what to expect.

Some invoices may use a manual or offline payment method. In that case the invoice page will not show Stripe or PayPal buttons; follow the instructions on the invoice or any email from our team (reference, wire details, or approval process).

Allow time for manual payments to be matched and applied. If you sent funds and the status has not updated, reply on an existing ticket or contact support with proof of payment.
